YouTube Blog: YouTube wins case against Viacom →
The decision follows established judicial consensus that online services like YouTube are protected when they work cooperatively with copyright holders to help them manage their rights online. Agreed. I’d always thought a settlement should have been reached once YouTube’s screening measures were in place.
